As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage key client relationships and drive business growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor — ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and engagement.
  • Conduct client reviews and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead client communications, events, and engagement campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with firm objectives.
  • Maintain and optimise CRM data to support business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
