Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Representative with experience within the Air Conditioning sector, to head up our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking within assigned territories.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present products and services effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies and client needs.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools.
  • Manage a personal schedule efficiently to maximise daily client visits and minimise travel time.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Valid driving licence and comfortable driving within designated territories.
  • Proven experience in B2C sales or field sales roles, preferably within AC sectors.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for managing contacts, sales pipelines, and reporting tasks.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
