About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Business Coordinator to lead on finance, procurement, and information management across the department. You'll manage staff, support budgeting, oversee procurement processes, and improve data systems to help us deliver efficient, compliant services.

Key Duties
  • Prepare budgets, monitor spending, and manage external funding

  • Lead procurement processes, tenders & supplier payments

  • Oversee data systems, performance reports & GDPR compliance

  • Supervise staff, drive improvements, and support service delivery

  • Advise senior managers on finance & business operations

What You'll Need
  • 3rd level qualification in Finance/Business + 1 year's experience

    OR

  • 2 years' experience in budgeting, systems, and staff management
