We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Male Care Support Worker to join our team . In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting patients with a variety of needs, both within our facility and during patient transport. You'll be responsible for providing direct care, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to patients, including assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Escort patients to appointments and procedures, both within the facility and during transport using dedicated vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Document patient care accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Operate and maintain patient transport equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
