Are you a passionate and enthusiastic team player? We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic team player to join our Business Improvement & Data Analyst team.


What you'll do

  • Lead and manage research and review projects from conception to closure, supporting business improvements across the organisation.
  • Evaluate business processes and provide practical recommendations to improve effectiveness, efficiency, manage risk, and enhance performance.
  • Use data analysis, simulation modeling, and operational research techniques to inform decision-making.
  • Collate and analyse data using a variety of research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, direct observation).
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and present findings to senior managers and stakeholders.
  • Work with colleagues to define project scopes, resource needs, and technological requirements.
  • Represent the Force at internal and external meetings, sharing insights and best practices.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in conducting research and reviews of business processes, staffing, and policy.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and experience with data analysis/statistical tools.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proactive, flexible, and innovative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Business Studies Diploma/Degree, Institute of Management Service Diploma) or equivalent experience.
