London, Greater London, United Kingdom AllSaints Full time £45,000 - £55,000 per year

THE ALLSAINTS TEAM

At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.

We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a passionate and detail-driven Payroll Officer to help power the people behind our brand. At AllSaints, every detail counts - from the craftsmanship of our clothes to the way we look after our teams. In this role you'll play a key part in making sure our UK and European employees are paid accurately and on time, supporting a smooth employee experience and the continued success of our iconic, creative brand.
This role is ideal for someone currently working as, or progressing toward, a Payroll Officer level and looking to further develop their career. It offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to thrive within a fast-paced retail environment, gain exposure to all aspects of UK and European payroll operations, and develop their skills as a payroll specialist. Working closely with the Head of Global Payroll, you'll oversee the smooth running of payroll cycles, maintain meticulous records, and act as a vital link between our People & Culture team, external payroll providers, and the wider business.

This role goes beyond processing payroll; it helps safeguard compliance, supports audits, and underpins the employee experience - making sure our teams across multiple countries can focus on delivering the unique AllSaints customer experience. It's an ideal opportunity for someone ready to deepen their payroll expertise and contribute directly to the operational success of an iconic retail brand.

About The Team
You'll be joining a small, highly collaborative payroll team – currently just two people – which means you'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of payroll. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Payroll, providing close support and visibility at a senior level. It is ideal for someone who wants to focus on developing their technical skills and expertise.

AllSaints offers a fun, creative, and casual working environment where individuality is valued and collaboration is encouraged. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain new experiences while working with a passionate and friendly team.

What You'll Be Doing (key Responsibilities)

  • Accurately process UK and European payroll cycles in line with local legislation and company policies
  • Work closely with the Head of Global Payroll to ensure payroll deadlines are met and payroll runs smoothly each month
  • Deputise for the Head of Global Payroll when required

  • Assist with the year-end process including producing P11D forms
  • Maintain a sound working knowledge of RTI and auto-enrolment
  • Supervise and verify Webpunch (timesheets) data prepared by the Payroll Apprentice, ensuring accuracy and compliance before uploading to the payroll system
  • Accurately manage absence records on the system
  • Work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure all employee records are accurate and produce ad hoc reports as requested
  • Assist the Head of Global Payroll with any ad hoc duties across the UK and Europe as and when required
  • Deal with staff queries about pay dates, absences, timesheets, pay amounts, escalating to the Head of Global Payroll as appropriate
  • Keep abreast of any changes in UK legislation to ensure the company remains compliant at all times
  • Manage UK payroll processes independently, including statutory payments, attachment orders, and other deductions through company benefit schemes
  • Contribute to ongoing monitoring, reviewing and implementing improvements to payroll administration processes
  • Communicate effectively with government/third parties when required
  • Proficiently handle queries with employees at all levels - from Stores to Head Office

  • Brand Ambassador: Your genuine love for fashion is evident. You'll be an ambassador for our brand, connecting with customers and colleagues over the power of an amazing outfit
