Delivery Manager (x2)

We're growing fast and looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to help us deliver change that truly makes a difference.In this role, you'll take ownership of delivery across 23 cross-functional squads, working closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders. Acting as the vital link between technology and the business, you'll ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with strategic priorities, and embedded effectively across the organisation.
This is a primarily home-based position with occasional travel to London for meetings and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for multiple squads, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Translate product roadmaps into actionable squad-level plans and deliverables.
- Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and resolve delivery issues quickly.
- Coach squads in Agile principles, fostering high-performing, self-organising teams.
- Facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and remove blockers to delivery.
- Monitor and report delivery KPIs (velocity, lead time, release frequency) to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with business and operational stakeholders to prepare for product releases and organisational changes.
- Support go-live planning, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption for squad deliverables.
- Ensure clear communication of impacts, timelines, and responsibilities across all affected teams.
- Act as the key point of contact between squads, product, technology, and business functions.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, escalating issues and dependencies early.
- Balance squad-level priorities with broader organisational needs.
Requirements:
- Essential
- Proven experience managing delivery in a digital product, platform, or transformation environment.
- Strong track record of managing multiple agile squads simultaneously.
- Ability to work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to align execution with strategy.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk management, dependency tracking, and business change
- Desirable
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM).
- Agile or project management certifications (Scrum Master, Prince2 Agile, SAFe).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery management tools.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- £65,000 £68,000 annual salary
- 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
