Lead UX Designer – Hybrid, London

Are you passionate about creating seamless, engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms? This role supports the Head of Design responsible for Checkout, Activation, and Manage experiences and collaborates with design leads across global commerce ecosystems.

What you'll do:

  • Lead key UX design initiatives across multi-platform experiences (TV, mobile, web).
  • Mentor junior to senior designers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Provide actionable feedback across UX and UI disciplines and champion design best practices.
  • Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs backed by data and research.
  • Oversee and execute design projects, balancing hands-on design with strategic direction.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience leading UX design projects within agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong UX/UI portfolio with expertise in journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Experience designing for data-driven or commerce-related environments is a plus.
