Recruitment Administrator, Leicester

Working as part of the Recruitment Department, the post holder will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and screening compliance of our casual workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough checks in line with the BS7858 code of practice, supporting the recruitment of SIA Door Supervisors and Event Safety Stewards.
You will work in close partnership with the Screening Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, and Area Operations team to ensure daily goals and staffing level KPIs are achieved.
What you will be doing- Collaborate closely with the Screening Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, and Area Operations teams to meet daily targets and staffing KPIs
- Proactively chase outstanding references and validate supporting documentation
- Investigate employment gaps and inconsistencies within screening files
- Respond to candidate queries via phone and email, providing clear and professional guidance
- Ensure contracts are issued promptly
- Support other Recruitment teams in their day-to-day tasks as and when required
- Any other duties commensurate with the post
- Salary of £25,005 per annum
- 37.5 hours a week
