Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainer/Mentor in Business Administration and Team Leadership, based in London with flexibility for some remote work. The Trainer/Mentor will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, mentoring learners, developing curricula, and providing coaching support to enhance skills. The role also involves engaging with learners to ensure their professional growth and aligning training strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training, Curriculum Development, and Teaching
  • Strong Coaching and Mentoring abilities for professional development
  • Sales skills for promoting training programs and engaging learners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in vocational training or related industries is advantageous
  • A relevant teaching or training qualification is preferred
  • Ability to balance in-person and remote training effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver approximately 2 hours of online training or mentoring per learner each month
  • Provide tailored guidance, feedback, and progress reviews
  • Collaborate with employers to schedule sessions that suit both parties
  • Support learners in achieving their apprenticeship goals and end-point assessment success

What we're looking for

  • Training or mentoring experience (essential)
  • Experience in delivering or assessing Business Administration and/or Team Leader apprenticeships (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
  • Ability to commit for a minimum of 12 months
