About us Job Purpose

To enable a robust document and technical document management system which ensures the effective administration of site records, document and information. To support the Senior Project Manager in the measurement of function performance and the identification and drive of performance improvement actions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain and develop the Terminal site information, documentation and records systems in order to ensure compliance with company records policy and procedural requirements.
  • Maintain original equipment manufacturer information, technical manuals and procedures for all plant, equipment and assets installed on the Terminal site.
  • Ensure the efficient administration and maintenance of all Terminal site information, documentation and records and readings so that they are easily retrievable for site staff, management, inspection and audit purposes, and external enforcement agencies.
  • Provide data and information in Support of Terminal key performance indicators.
  • Manage the site asset and drawing registers ensuring that these are kept up to date.
  • Assist with ad hoc investigations/reviews and production of reports and site procedures.
  • Undertake stock checks and re-ordering of consumable, operational and maintenance site spares.
  • Contribute to the development of department and team performance, ensuring individual and team targets are achieved.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Relationship Management skills.
