- Coach and advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning
- Support change management and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
- Manage labour relations, including communication with unions, handling of disputes, and local negotiations
- Monitor and maintain a positive social climate through effective employee dialogue and council participation
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a generalist or operational HR role at a similar level with a manufacturing/ industrial type organisation
- Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations
- Confident coaching managers on HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
- Trusted partner with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative in a matrix environment
- Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable using HR data and metrics.
Why join us?
