We're looking for a dynamic Head of Quality Assurance, Service Insight and Development to lead a high-performing team within our Housing Options and Support Service.In this pivotal role, you'll:Lead quality assurance, performance insight, and service development across housing and homelessness services.Oversee statutory reviews under the Housing Act 1996 and embed learning into service delivery.Manage key relationships with commissioned providers and stakeholders to ensure value for money and high-quality outcomes.Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, performance reporting, and strategic planning.Champion safeguarding, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.You'll bring:Significant experience in housing, homelessness, and contract management.Deep knowledge of relevant legislation including the Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, and immigration law affecting housing eligibility.Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.A commitment to innovation, equity, and service transformation.Join us in shaping a responsive, inclusive, and high-impact housing service that makes a real difference in people's lives.>> Click here to download the Role Profile
