We have an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to start a meaningful career in Wealth Management with a placement in our Wealth Management Administration (WMA) Team. The WMA team supports client-facing Wealth Management personnel, Investment Managers (IMs) and Wealth Planners (WPs) by undertaking administration duties that foster excellent client relations through a high standard of communication and general administration.
The Apprenticeship Programme will be delivered in on-the-job learning which aligns to your enrolled Fitch Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist Apprenticeship course.
Our 2-year Apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with the skills and experience to help you progress your career and contribute to Arbuthnot Latham's continuing success.
The Apprenticeship Programme will be delivered in on-the-job learning which aligns to your enrolled Apprenticeship course, overviews from other parts of the Bank, exposure to Senior Leaders and opportunities to work on projects.
The programme is designed for students completing A level or equivalent education in 2025 or 2026 looking for their first professional role.
During the programme, you can expect to:
- Work as part of a diverse team contributing to the team deliverables
- Complete an externally accredited programme in a specific field, in this case Investment Operations Specialist Level 4, which involves at least 20% of your work week studying
- Build your breadth of experience through on-the-job learning
- Take part in a structured training programme covering technical industry knowledge, professional and soft skills
- Gain an understanding of our products and services and how they meet the needs of our high-net-worth clients
- Be empowered to build your leadership skills and agile thinking
- Develop relationship management skills and build your professional network
- Contribute your ideas and knowledge to a project
- Gain exposure to senior leaders, mentors and different areas of Bank

The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK.The apprenticeship will start on 7th September 2026
On successful completion of the programme and your external accreditation you will be set for excellent career prospects. You'll be well positioned to have a meaningful career in Arbuthnot Latham.
Person Specification
- Experience in client facing or customer service (advantageous)
- Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your work and meet deadlines
- Solid written and verbal communications skills
- Strong numerical skills, problem-solving analytics skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Aptitude for learning and willingness to develop
- High level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion
- Collaborative, team-based approach
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in financial markets or banking
Qualifications
- Educated to A-Levels
- You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship
