Interested in working in finance, specifically investment banking operations, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Apprenticeship Program within our Investment Banking Operations business.

You'll get to:

• learn about our products and front-to-back processes to support highly structured or non-standard transactions
• support new or emerging business areas by identifying limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility
• stay aware of current economic and market activity, keeping an eye on how this affects risks, identify and propose potential solutions for addressing control gaps

Your team

You'll be working in investment banking operations, the backbone of our organization. We're responsible for managing processes for performance, control and efficiency. We collaborate across the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Asset Management to enhance our front-to-back delivery, while standardizing and simplifying processes and infrastructure.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed or is completing their A-levels (or equivalent) between 2024 and September 2026
• has achieved or is on track to achieve ABB at A-level (or equivalent)
• has achieved grade 5 in English Language GCSE and grade 6 in Maths GCSE
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

This Apprenticeship will last four years. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

You'll begin with a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship and move onto a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship. It includes a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and/or the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) qualification, which culminates in a BSc (Honours) Applied Finance degree.
