Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Executive, working hybrid in London. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing product training, and managing accounts. Additional tasks include managing client support tickets, maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires frequent interaction with clients, both existing and prospective, to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Proven experience in account management, or related fields
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the security or retail industry is a plus
