We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest services by welcoming visitors and attending to their needs with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Serve food and beverages efficiently at events, restaurants, or hotel settings
- Support catering operations by setting up venues, organising supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences for guests and clients
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in busy settings
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and duties as required
- Previous hotel experience or culinary background is advantageous but not essential
- A genuine interest in guest services and hospitality operations
