About the Role

In the role of a B2B Senior Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of cultivating and sustaining strong relationships within our client and partner base of financial advisors. Your core responsibility lies in the art of relationship management — a pivotal element that underpins the success of our collaborative ventures.

Considering the dynamic nature of lead generation, objections naturally come into play. Your ability to handle these gracefully and constructively will be a cornerstone of your success. By navigating objections with confidence and professionalism, you'll protect and strengthen our partnerships while creating consistently positive experiences for our clients and partners.

However, the true essence of your role goes far beyond objection handling. The heartbeat of your contribution lies in nurturing and managing meaningful, long-term partnerships. Your interpersonal finesse, strategic business acumen, and commitment to genuine collaboration will create an environment where our partners feel not just supported - but truly valued.

As our B2B Senior Account Manager, you are more than a liaison, you are a relationship architect. Your skill in managing relationships, resolving challenges, and driving account performance will directly shape the success stories within our financial advisor community. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mid to high-value accounts (typically £250,000+ annual spend).
  • Formulate detailed strategies to support the development and growth of high-value partner accounts.
  • Deliver structured support and strategy rollout for all new and existing accounts, owning the partner lifecycle from onboarding onwards.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partner accounts, ensuring strong relationships and measurable growth.
  • Proactively identify and develop new growth opportunities within partner accounts
  • Provide regular communication both internally and externally to keep key stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Contact Centre and Digital Operations to support performance.
  • Review contractual adherence and account longevity, leading key conversations with decision-makers.
  • Consistently review revenue generation, making strategic decisions to drive profitability and account success.
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance across campaigns.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews, using data and insights to influence decision-making.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with C-suite stakeholders, as well as internal marketing, digital and operations teams.
  • Deliver exceptional partner experiences that drive retention and expansion.
  • Keep up to date with market trends to ensure Lead Tech remains innovative and competitive.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 4 years in B2B sales and account management, ideally within financial services, wealth management, or IFA networks.
  • Track Record: Proven success in managing multiple large accounts (£250k+ annual spend) and exceeding KPIs.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and use this to inform decisions.
  • CRM Skills: Confident in maintaining accurate records; Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
  • Organisation & Time Management: Excellent planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Mindset: Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused with a drive to achieve results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, or data-driven B2B environments is advantageous.
