We're looking for someone to take the reins on dynamic, post-led projects that blend editing, animation, and motion design. You'll be at the heart of the action, working with a talented creative team to bring ideas to life making sure every project lands on time, on budget, and bursting with visual flair.

From snappy social edits to bold digital campaigns, you'll get to shape a wide mix of content, always keeping the quality high and the workflow smooth.

(not long-form), so we're after someone who's already got hands-on experience creating for brands and loves crafting standout visuals that make an impact.

In this role you will:

  • Manage multiple post projects from brief to final delivery, across edit, animation, and motion design workflows.
  • Collaborate with editors, animators, designers, and clients to keep everyone aligned on timelines and expectations.
  • Develop and oversee schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Maintain technical workflows, ensuring formats, colour grading, sound, and asset delivery meet all specifications.
  • Support larger projects with shoot planning and full production tasks as needed, balancing team workload effectively.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Around 4 years' experience in post-production or animation producing, ideally in an agency or production environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects confidently.
  • A solid understanding of post workflows including editing, animation, colour, and sound design.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a calm, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience managing budgets and a keen eye for detail across deliverables.
