WNS Hotel is looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our team in a
dual-role capacity
as a
Front Desk Assistant / Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms after check-out to a high standard
  • Greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and manage front desk duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Prior hospitality or receptionist experience is a plus
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • A team player with a positive and professional attitude

Desirable:

  • Minimum of 1 year reception and cleaner experience preferred.
  • Located in Southend
