Sales and Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales and Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team.
We provide professional cleaning services across Ipswich and pride ourselves on delivering quality and reliability. We're now looking for someone who can help us grow by connecting with new customers and promoting our services. A key part of your role will be building and managing a database of potential clients and generating new business opportunities for the company.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a database of potential new clients
- Visit local businesses to promote our cleaning services
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
- Represent Platinum Cleaning with a friendly, professional approach
What We offer
- 15 hours per week - Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm
- Use of a company car during working hours

Experience
- Must have a valid driving licence
- Strong communication skills, particularly verbal both face-to-face and over the phone
- Organised, self-motivated, and professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software
- Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — a great attitude matters most
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
