We are delighted to offer the opportunity to work as part of a busy professional team supporting all aspects of an effective property asset management service throughout the Trust.
NSFT currently provides mental health care across Norfolk and Suffolk to a population of 1.66 million, operating out of 42 locations. Our sites vary in size, age, ownership and uses.
This is an excellent opportunity to support the Trust's Property Asset Management Team in the delivery of an effective property management service.
The post holder will report directly to the Property Manager and should have excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
The post holder will support the Property Manager in maintaining the Trust Estates including providing and checking all property related legal, sustainability and financial documentation.
The post holder will work with the Property Manager in the creation of a comprehensive asset-based information system for all Trust properties.
The post holder will be the first point of contact and manage accommodation requests and space utilisation requests.
The post holder will assist the Sustainability Manager with various sustainability projects including reduce, reuse recycle scheme, furniture requests and disposals.
The post holder will support the Property Manager with various property information returns to the Valuation Office, National Office for Statistics and other requests for information from the Suffolk Integrated Care Board and the Norfolk Integrated Care System.
The role requires initiative, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimum supervision to deadlines. Gathering and analysing data and creating associated reports.
Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills are essential to the success of this role.
