Learning Support Assistant | Bexley

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a meaningful difference in their education?

Join a fantastic school in Bexley as a Learning Support Assistant, helping students overcome challenges and thrive in their learning journey.

Learning Support Assistant | What's on Offer:

  • £444-£513 per week (inclusive of holiday pay), paid via PAYE.
  • Full-time position starting immediately, continuing until the end of the academic year.
  • A chance to work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional support.
  • Collaborative environment with experienced teachers and SEN professionals.
  • Opportunities to develop your career in education, including pathways into teacher training or SEN specialisms.

Learning Support Assistant | The Role

  • Provide tailored support to students in the classroom and during interventions.
  • Help pupils with special educational needs (SEN) build confidence, independence, and positive behaviours.
  • Collaborate with the teaching and support team to adapt learning materials and strategies for individual needs.
  • Play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Learning Assistant | Who Are We Looking For?

  • A compassionate, proactive, and patient individual passionate about helping children achieve their best.
  • Experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable but not essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree from a UK University
  • Outstanding A-Level and GCSE Results
