Join our highly active marketing and communications team and take on a pivotal role as a Content Executive at TMF Group.

As a key contributor to our team, you will help shape a compelling content calendar that drives external engagement and awareness among both clients and prospects. You will play an integral role in writing various assets, including social media content, case studies, web pages, articles, whitepapers, and a wide range of digital marketing materials.

With your excellent command of written and spoken English, coupled with a background in copywriting or journalism, your keen eye for detail will be invaluable.

Having an understanding of the challenges faced by multinational businesses globally would be advantageous for this role.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and report directly to the Senior Content Lead, ensuring high visibility for your contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting compelling content that addresses technical, regional, client and service-led issues and resonates with senior decision-makers worldwide
  • Working across a range of formats including organic and paid social media posts, email, webpages, press releases and more
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects, while juggling different priorities
  • Researching, developing, and owning key campaign pieces across various channels, aligned with marketing and communication strategies
  • Managing in-house content processes to ensure timely delivery of content that adheres to agreed-upon briefs, budgets, and quality standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different functions to continually improve the quality of our output
  • Offering guidance to departmental colleagues to enhance processes and the quality of draft content, driving efficiency and excellence

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business content writing / editing
  • Native-level command of written English and spoken English
  • A professional journalism/copywriting qualification or degree is preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills
  • A self-starter who can contribute to multiple projects and prioritise with minimal supervision
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Experience writing content for different audiences and in different formats, from thought leadership pieces to LinkedIn posts
  • Experience with web-based project and/or content management systems.
  • MS Office skills; hybrid working via MS Teams
  • Desirable: experience in the financial sector
  • Desirable: interviewing skills to capture insight from internal subject matter experts
