Investment Banking Associate, Private Equity Deal Advisory, Investment Banking Advisory Firm

A very successful international advisory firm, with a great reputation in private equity advisory, is now looking to add an Associate to their London team. The team has a brilliant client base and has worked on a range of high profile private equity buyouts. Their strategy is advising management teams on the deal process,The role will focus on originating and structuring deals for their clients. On a daily basis, this will involve advising on deal structuring, advising on financing, working with CEOs on financial strategies and deal execution.
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
- Associate level professional
- Background in Investment Banking M&A, Private equity or Big Four deal advisory
- Experience in deal execution
- Genuine interest in private equity transactions
- Excellent communication skills
