Customer Service Assistant
to join our team and help us continue to provide top-quality support to our customers.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Be the first point of contact for any in-coming calls. Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email,
  • Maintain customer records and update information as required.
  • Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Be flexible to the needs of the business and assist other departments
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.

*About You*
We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoys helping people and can stay calm under pressure.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Has basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Previous experience in customer service or print knowledge is preferred but not essential
