Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Stansted Mountfitchet. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of organisational processes. The role includes managing budgets, coordinating with teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The Operations Manager will also develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement while addressing operational challenges and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Operational Management, Process Optimisation, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Budget Management, Financial Oversight, and Resource Allocation expertise
  • Team Leadership, Staff Coordination, and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making abilities
  • Experience in compliance and regulatory standards
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a non-profit and community-focused is a plus
