Job Summary

Join Our Early Years Team

Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic, and qualified Early Years Educator who is passionate about supporting young children during their most important learning years? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our caring and inclusive early years setting.

Your Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Support children's learning through play-based experiences
  • Plan and implement activities aligned with the EYFS
  • Observe, assess, and document children's development
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support each child's needs
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised environment

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A warm, patient, and child-centred approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and equality

Candidates will only progress further through the recruitment stage providing they can pass a Suitability & Telephone Screening, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and supply at least two satisfactory independent references, one of which must be a current or previous employer.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
