Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:   
 
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Sales Consultant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills. 

 Duties will include: 

  • Register new applicants and promote new properties 
  • Qualify applicants prior to viewings 
  • Book and carry out property viewings 
  • Report on any need for repairs at properties  
  • Provide feedback to the relevant managers on applicants' needs and ensure systems are up to date 

Skills required: 

  • Experience with customer service 
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Full UK driving license & access to a vehicle
