Saturday Assistant

We have a new opportunity to recruit a Saturday Assistant to join our Residential team based in our South Kensington & Knightsbridge office on a casual contract from November 2025. The post holder will support the busy Residential team with the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain some experience within the lettings industry. The working hours will be Saturday 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and there may be times when you will be expected to work on your own so should be reliable and self-motivated.
No previous experience necessary – just a passion for property and meeting new people
Main duties:
- Respond to emails and referring any questions/offers to the residential team
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries, arranging viewings etc.
- Signing out keys to contractors and other agents and ensuring their safe return to office
- Responsible for shutting down computers and other equipment at the end of the day.
- Locking up and leaving the office secure
- Carrying out some administrative duties as required
This job description is not exhaustive and the jobholder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
What will it take to be successful?
To be successful in this role, you'll have strong customer service skills and a keen interest in the Residential sales and lettings. You'll also have great written and verbal communication skills, good administrative and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills, IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software. Good knowledge of the local area is preferred and you may well already live within the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Experience of working with a sales and lettings agency will be beneficial.
