Vectorworks / Architect RIBA Part III

T2S Architecture Ltd is a small practice based in London Bridge, looking for a Vecrtorworks based Architect ARB with 2-d and 3-d experience to join our team.
We work on projects ranging from £1m-£11m in the London area, developing designs in the Hotel, Residential, Commercial and HMO sectors.
Our office is veey busy at the minute, with projects on the horizon, so we want an Architect who aspires to become an Associate to lead the day to day delivery of the Artchitectural services in the office.
The candidate must have experience of all RIBA Stages and be able to present a direct role in delivering documents and material for concept, design, planning, technical and construction through to delivery.

Responsibilities
Non project role, hovering over the office assisting the team as and where necessary.
Responsible for the delivery of material for deadlines.
Delegating work load to the team to meet deadlines and facilitate appointments.
Client facing.
Major projects will require a closer role than smaller projects.
Qualifications
RIBA Part I.
RIBA Part II.
RIBA Part III.
ARB registration.
RIBA registration preffered.
Software skills
Expert in Vectorworks 2-d essential.
Expert in Vectorworks 3-d essential.
Proficiency in Sketch up 3-d essential.
Expert in Adobe Design Suite.
Personal skills
UK Visa or UK work Visa.
UK based.
