Introduction:

Looking for more than just another architecture role? This is the kind of studio people genuinely love being part of.

We have an exceptional opportunity to join a creative and forward-thinking RIBA Chartered practice based in beautiful Hampstead, North London.

This is a well-established, design-led architecture practice, known for its thoughtful, high-quality residential work and a collaborative, supportive studio culture.

With over a decade of experience and a growing reputation for innovation, the team balances creative ambition with a genuine commitment to wellbeing, both in the spaces they design and the way they work. Projects are predominantly private residential, often high-end and beautifully detailed, with a focus on intelligent design, natural light, and creating homes that feel as good as they look.

This is a studio where ideas are valued, professional development is encouraged, and people enjoy coming to work. Whether you're stepping into a leadership role or looking to grow in a tight-knit team, this is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful and creatively fulfilling.

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Senior Architect with proven experience in the private high-end residential sector and is confident using AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus).

  • £48,000 – £58,000 salary (based on experience)
  • Hybrid Working (4 days in office, 1 working from home)
  • Clear progression opportunities
  • A strong emphasis on work-life balance and wellbeing

Hybrid Working (4 days in office and 1 day working from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (with flexibility)

  • Develop creative design responses rooted in neuroarchitecture and wellbeing
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
