Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Reading, RG6

Salary: OTE £35k per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Handling lettings enquiries and conducting viewings
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
  • Assisting with tenancy agreements and lettings administration
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Meeting personal and team lettings targets
  • Contributing to the reputation and success of the branch 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred)
  • Sales or customer service background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, articulate, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Reading and surrounding area (advantageous)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
