Lettings Negotiator 

Reading

Basic salary of £20,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience) with a realistic OTE £35,000 +

Monday - Friday 8.45am to 6pm , 1 in 3 Saturday's 8:45am to 4pm 

Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning estate agency and experienced lettings team. Are you the right person to join our successful team?

Principle Accountabilities:

• Generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let

• Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords

• Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to

The right candidate will be:

• The right candidate will ideally have at least 1 years' experience in the property industry - with a can-do attitude, ability to close a deal, great attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and develop.

• Able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success

• A dynamic, fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects

• An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work

• Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities

• A key member of our team who believes in our purpose, values and culture

• Have a Full UK Driving Licence and your own car

• Ability to work long hours

• Ability and desire to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest letting's legislation
