Assistant Store Manager
to join their
flagship boutique in Selfridges Manchester

Your Mission

As
Assistant Store Manager
, you'll play a key role in leading the boutique's daily operations and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results ,both in performance and in service excellence.

You will:

  • Deliver
    personalized, memorable experiences
    that reflect the brand's philosophy, building meaningful and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Train, motivate, and empower
    your team to exceed expectations, creating a dynamic, positive, and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Support the Store Manager in
    monitoring KPIs
    , creating
    action plans
    , and driving business results through data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain
    impeccable visual standards
    and ensure full alignment with brand identity and guidelines.
  • Oversee
    clienteling and CRM initiatives
    to nurture a loyal customer community among both local and international clientele.
  • Take ownership of
    day-to-day operations
    — from inventory and staffing to compliance and operational excellence.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as
    Assistant Store Manager
    or
    Senior Sales
    in the
    beauty retail sector
    .
  • Strong
    leadership, communication, and coaching
    abilities, with a passion for inspiring teams.
  • Solid understanding of
    retail KPIs, analytics, and business performance
    .
  • Fluent
    English
    (other languages are a plus).
  • Deep
    passion for skincare and makeup
    , combined with strong
    clienteling and interpersonal skills
    .
