We're on the lookout for a proficient Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our bustling sales team situated in our Bordon office. This role presents a unique opportunity for an organised individual with a knack for sales support and an eye for detail to thrive in a sales environment.

  • You boast strong numerical abilities and enjoy utilising them to solve challenges.
  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a proactive attitude and flourish in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere with the willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in sales support or administration is advantageous but not essential.

Please note that candidates will be required to take an internal assessment in Maths and English if progressing to interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders
  • Ensure that website orders are fulfilled and customers are communicated to.
  • Opportunities flagged and raised up to the internal sales team
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks
  • Invoice checking

Qualifications:

  • Maths and English GCSE at grade 8 or above
  • 3 A-levels including at least a B or higher in Maths.
  • Educated to Degree level prefered but not essential.
  • Computer literate
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that this role is office-based at our Bordon facilities and does not support remote work arrangements.
