The Procurement Coordinator will ensure a steady supply of raw materials and smooth product distribution to meet the ongoing demands of both internal and external customers, minimising disruptions.

**As the Procurement Coordinator you will be**:

- Facilitating the supply of raw material from suppliers using MRP
- Aiding development procurement plans with suppliers in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager and Sales team
- Entering orders on ERP system
- Supporting the Supply Chain Manager in reviewing and updating QMS documentation
- Monitoring the service rate of suppliers and propose actions in case of unsatisfactory results
- Daily follow-up of orders and taking charge of supplier reminders if necessary
- Report with the Supply Chain Manager and other relevant departments on problems encountered (price, quality, OTD)
