The Southwest Regional Improvement and Innovation Alliance (SW RIIA) is a collaborative partnership of 15 local authorities and key stakeholders working together to improve services for children, young people, and families. We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Officer to support the delivery of regional improvement and innovation initiatives. This role is central to enabling effective communication, governance, and project delivery across the region.
As Project Officer, you will work closely with the Southwest ADCS Regional Coordinator and the wider SW RIIA team to coordinate and monitor projects that place children and families at the heart of decision-making. You will support planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting events and training activities. You will also assist with budget monitoring and resource allocation, helping ensure efficient use of funding.

If you are passionate about making a difference and supporting innovative change in children's services, we would love to hear from you.
