The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Structural BIM Designer to join our Building Engineering Team in London. You'll lead BIM design efforts on UK and international projects, support engineers and designers, and ensure high-quality deliverables across sectors.
The role will include:
- Leading BIM project setup and coordination
- Producing BIM and 2D drawing deliverables
- Collaborating across disciplines to maintain models
- Managing and developing Revit families
- Mentoring team members and managing project resources
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of outputs
- Preparing project documentation and reports
- Contributing to best practices via Arup's skills network

Is this role right for you?
We're looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:
- HNC (or equivalent) or higher in Structural/Civil Engineering
- Strong BIM experience (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Solid grasp of structural design principles
- Familiarity with Tekla, Rhino, and major building projects
