Maintain BIM documentation, templates, and libraries in line with industry and practice standards.
Provide technical input during internal reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes.
Stay up to date with digital tools, technologies, and relevant international standards.
Professional Development:
Participate in CPD sessions and maintain technical skill development.
Contribute to training and mentoring of junior team members where appropriate.
Requirements
Proven experience in a BIM Technician or similar technical role within architecture or construction.
Strong Revit skills with a deep understanding of BIM Level 2 workflows and collaborative processes.
Experience working on large-scale aviation, infrastructure, or international projects is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software platforms.
Familiarity with international building codes and Middle Eastern project standards is advantageous.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, detail-focused approach.

Comprehensive package including private medical insurance, eyecare vouchers, 10 paid sick days annually, and a 5% employer pension contribution within 90 days of joining.
Flexible hybrid working (minimum 2 office days/week) and up to 10 remote working days per year.
Generous leave: 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and additional days between Christmas and New Year.
Ongoing development through CPD sessions, Revit training, and access to LinkedIn Learning.
