We are looking for Personal Assistants who care about the customers they support, who are good at building meaningful relationships & and who show compassion, respect, privacy & dignity to our customers' needs, we aim to change people's lives by delivering the highest quality of care.

The job entails working in clients' homes in Grantham and surrounding areas, delivering personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, companionship, palliative, end of life & complex care.

requirements:-

Honest, professional, reliable, empathetic, committed & trustworthy individual.

Have the right to work in the UK (we are currently not in a position to offer sponsorships).

Have a good level of English, both written & spoken.

A full driving license & access to a vehicle or be available to get themselves around to calls in all areas of Grantham, we can accommodate staff who do not drive but who have other means of travelling to work, ie cycle, scooter etc.

Interviews will be held in person only.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£18.75 per hour
