Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading power protection solutions provider, known for its commitment to technical excellence and professional development.

We're recruiting for a Technical Operations Director.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company's operational departments, including Field Service, Technical Support, and Project Management.
  • Provide strong leadership-guiding, coaching, and motivating all operational staff to perform to the highest possible standards.
  • Support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
  • Take ownership of significant customer orders, including planning, coordinating, attending site meetings, and delivering projects to a high commercial and technical standard.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in an operational leadership or management role (technical, service or project management).
  • Strong experience working with customers in construction-related environments and various market sectors.
  • Technical qualifications in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering.
  • Proven experience managing teams and people at multiple levels.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Quality principles.
