Eastleigh, Hampshire, United Kingdom Abri Full time £40,000 - £80,000 per year

Here at Abri, we're determined to do our part in tackling the housing crisis by building at least 1,000 new affordable homes a year by 2030 and to support our ambitious targets, we're looking for a new Development Programme Reporting Developer and Analyst.

As we continue to modernise our data capability, we are looking for a talented Power BI Reporting Developer and Analyst to help us turn Development data into insight, ensuring one version of the truth and supporting better decision-making both operationally and strategically across the organisation so teams can fulfil the Investment Strategy. You will be analysing and reporting on Abri's development programme against agreed criteria by leading the development of reports through Power BI from various Development data sources and systems.

As a PowerBI Reporting Developer and Analyst you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high quality and accurate dashboards and reports that support the Development Programme. That said, we are looking for someone who is both technically strong and comfortable engaging with non-technical colleagues to elicit requirements and train users.

We have ambitious goals here, but through your experience, technical knowledge and the ability to find creative solutions, you'll help contribute to the delivery of an exciting corporate strategy and make a huge impact at Abri that won't go unnoticed.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team as ambitious, dynamic and committed as you are so if this is the challenge you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you

We'll review and interview suitable candidates as they apply. If we receive enough applications, we'll close the advert early so be sure to apply today so you don't miss out

Who we are

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We're investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We're delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it's needed most
  • We're investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we're re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
