Daytime Dementia Support Worker

We're looking for warm, reliable and compassionate people to join our daytime support team at Pinnacle Care in Bilton. Our service provides a safe, structured and uplifting environment for adults living with dementia, and we're expanding our team to continue offering exceptional support during the day.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred assistance with personal care and everyday tasks
  • Creating a calm, reassuring and engaging atmosphere for residents
  • Supporting wellbeing through conversation, activities and companionship
  • Assisting with mealtimes and hydration
  • Helping maintain a tidy, comfortable and homely setting
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care throughout the day

Pay, Hours & Working Pattern

  • £13.00 per hour
  • £150 bonus upon completing induction
  • A mix of full-time or part-time daytime shifts available
  • Paid breaks and paid training for all staff
