Shift Pattern: Embrace the flexibility of a 4 in 7 shift pattern (includes weekends).

Hours: Enjoy a balanced work-life with 10-hour shifts, totalling a 40-hour week.

  • This role is for permanent Night Shifts
Key Accountabilities

Safety First: Always prioritise safety, proactively report hazards, and collaborate with warehouse team leaders and managers to achieve Zero Harm.

Adapting: Your day may consist of accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles, picking products for orders, product control or decanting. Be open to learn and develop new skills.

Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers.

Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage.

Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet performance targets set by the warehouse management system while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely (training available if needed).

What we're looking for

Warehouse/distribution environment experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Ability to work with numbers and follow processes accurately
  • A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting
  • Excellent time keeping and organisation
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
  • FLT License (Desirable but not essential)
