We're looking for a commercially minded, analytically strong Commercial Strategy Manager to help shape and deliver Haven's five-year commercial plan. Sitting at the heart of our Holidays team, you'll act as a commercial and strategy lead on small to medium-scale change initiatives, using data-driven insight to influence decisions and unlock a commercial opportunities for the business. You'll be comfortable handling complex data, translating analysis into clear, compelling recommendations, and guiding stakeholders towards a commercial way of thinking. Working in a hybrid pattern from our Hemel Hempstead hub, you'll collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Digital, Sales, Marketing and Operations to optimise the holiday booking journey and support key digital developments. In this role, you will:

  • Act as commercial and strategy lead across small to mid-scale change initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of Haven's five-year commercial strategy, contributing to a £50m+ EBITDA opportunity.
  • Provide performance reviews and insight against milestones in the commercial plan.
  • Lead or oversee small to medium commercial change projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Work on key strategic initiatives such as optimising the holiday booking journey and improving ownership/letting models.
  • Provide commercial support for digital change and development (e.g. search, add-ons and checkout optimisation, "Choose Your Holiday Home").
  • Build clear strategic documents and presentations that explain the rationale for business change.
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Revenue Management, Digital, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and performance.
  • Report on project performance against agreed expectations and targets.

We're looking for someone who can bring:

  • Proven experience in a commercial, analytical and/or project-led role.
  • Proven experience delivering change and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence handling large, complex data sets and drawing clear insights.
  • The ability to turn complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives for a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A problem-solving, continuous improvement mindset and genuine curiosity.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and guide stakeholders to a commercial way of thinking.
  • Ability to understand and manage downstream impacts of change across the business.
  • Comfort presenting strategy and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ideally, experience in leisure/hospitality, revenue management principles, and/or exposure to SQL/reporting or project management tools (desirable, not essential).
