Overview

We are seeking a South Indian, dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in a culinary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, serving food to customers, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic kitchen environment, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to specified recipes and standards
  • Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal and serving
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in line with food safety regulations
  • Support the team during busy service periods, ensuring timely meal delivery
  • Follow all health and safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling and storage
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and special dishes when required
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed
  • Pleasant Dealing with customers to maintain and repeating

Requirements

Kerala / South Indian preferred

  • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
  • Experience working in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary
  • Fast learning abilities is important
