About the role

Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.

We're looking for a Treasury Data Analyst to support, improve, and automate critical processes used to manage investment decisions, the firm's liquidity, and risk. You will also enhance the sophistication of PnL and risk optimisation analytics.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and owning ETL processes
  • Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying
  • Automating analytics, including PnL attribution, daily risk reporting, and short-term investments performance
  • Undertaking behavioural liquidity and cash flow analysis
  • Analysing ad-hoc performance enhancements
  • Undertaking model-based performance optimisation

What you'll need

  • Experience in an analytical role supporting a markets-based business
  • Experience at a major financial institution, asset manager, or liquidity provider, or within a treasury or risk department (FTP, ALM, liquidity, IRRB, etc.)
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Impeccable data manipulation and analysis abilities in Python and SQL
  • Evidence of solid mathematical and statistics knowledge
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
  • University Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming
