Tasks
  • Provide personalized care and support to adults with various needs, ensuring each individual's dignity and independence are respected.
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and cleaning, tailoring support to their specific requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and adapt care plans accordingly.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving or similar role.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of person-centered care.
