Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Renewables team. This role is vital to the smooth running of our solar construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and responsive coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes and action logs

  • Manage construction documentation including drawings, permits, schedules, and reports

  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and version control

  • Support project teams with administrative tasks and coordination

  • Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely information flow

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks

  • Provide general support across construction activities and other duties as required by the

business.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Experience in construction administration or project support (solar or renewables

experience is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Familiarity with construction terminology and workflows

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working in renewables, civils, or infrastructure sectors

  • Knowledge of document control systems or project management tools

  • Understanding of health & safety and compliance documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taunton TA1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
